Doug Miranda Photography is a wedding photography company based in Sacramento, CA. Owner Doug Miranda offers emotional and dramatic photographs of your most treasured moments. From stunning cityscapes in Sacramento to natural wonders around Tahoe, this photographer possesses the skills to capture your love story in any environment. Doug began his career in 2006, documenting Las Vegas weddings after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in professional photography. In his first year on the job, he captured more than 600 weddings for another company. Then in 2007, he took the leap and started his own business and he hasn’t looked back since.

    We already had great reviews for Doug BEFORE we saw the final photos..Now? ...Pure Magic!! The blend of black and white with color..the various focal points..the amazing ability of capturing what's important without being seen. Phenomenal!! The finale product slide show, and the words along with the images, were unspeakably powerful. Crafted in such a way it told the True Story of a Once in a Lifetime Event.     His photography style is classic, colorful, and enduring. He’s not “trendy” and I love that aspect. He captures light beautifully. The other reason I love working with Doug is he takes care of our mutual clients. It’s important that all vendors working on an event recognize that the client is the client, and we’re here to take care of them. Doug gets this :)
