Do you only photograph elopements?

Yes! Adventure elopements and intimate outdoor weddings are our specialty. We focus on small, meaningful wedding days in nature, whether that's along the Lake Michigan shoreline, deep in Michigan forests, or on a mountain overlook. Because we specialize in intimate celebrations, we’re able to give couples a more personalized experience and help with everything from location ideas to timeline planning.

What locations do you serve?

We photograph elopements and intimate weddings throughout Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula, Northern Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Pictured Rocks, West Michigan and Mackinac Island. We’re also available for destination adventure elopements across the United States.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially for popular seasons like summer and fall, as popular dates fill up fast. That said, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so it’s always worth reaching out even if your elopement is coming up soon.

Do you help with location scouting?

Yes! Helping couples find the perfect location is one of our favorite parts of the process. We spend a lot of time exploring Michigan ourselves — hiking trails, scouting landscapes, and discovering quiet places that feel truly special. We’re happy to recommend locations based on your vision, guest count, and accessibility needs.

Do we need a permit to elope in certain locations?

Sometimes. Many national parks, state parks, and protected natural areas require a Special Use Permit for wedding ceremonies. We help guide couples through the process and can point you to the correct permit applications if your chosen location requires one.

How many photos will we receive?

Accepted Answer

The number of images depends on the length of coverage, but most couples receive 150–300 fully edited high-resolution images for shorter elopements, and more for longer coverage. Every image is carefully edited to match our natural, cinematic style.

How will we receive our photos?

Your images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution photos, share them with friends and family, and order professional-quality prints.

Yes! Travel anywhere within Michigan is included in all of our elopement packages. We photograph elopements across the state including Northern Michigan, the Upper Peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Pictured Rocks, Mackinac Island, and beyond. We are also available for destination adventure elopements across the United States.

How long does it take to receive our photos?

Accepted Answer

Sneak peeks are typically delivered within 24–48 hours so you have a few images to share right away. Full elopement galleries are usually delivered within 6–8 weeks depending on the scope of coverage.

Yes! We help couples with location ideas, timeline guidance, permit information, and planning tips to make the day feel relaxed and intentional.
