Six years of taking bright, colorful, fun wedding photos in the city has taught me how to deliver a complete gallery of your day told in an artistic, meaningful, and unobtrusive way--because I'm here to document your day, not to direct it. As much as I love taking photos (it's truly my favorite thing in the world!), I believe your wedding is about celebrating all your people being in the same place at the same time + kicking back and enjoying while I make sure all those memories are on camera.
When I’m not photographing weddings or proposals, you can find me on my Peloton at home, booking a flight to a new destination–or Cincinnati, where I’m from–or whipping up a favorite recipe I’ll probably make three more times in the same week (lol).

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
Alana Lindenfeld is literally the most incredible photographer and you should hire her right this second. My fiancé (then boyfriend) hired her to capture our engagement, and she absolutely hit it out of the park, exceeding any and all expectations. Truly. First of all, she was the absolute best person to have there during our special moment -- she managed to blend into the background so I barely noticed her during the proposal itself, while capturing literally the most amazing photos ever, and then when we transitioned into taking photos post-proposal, she was the most kind, enthusiastic, helpful, and wonderful. Her energy was infectious. (She even let me borrow her jacket to warm up because it was a chilly day, and she taught us how to spray champagne -- totally above and beyond!) Second, the photos themselves are AMAZING. I cannot believe how incredibly she captured the moment! I was in shock over how many different moments she managed to photograph (from the proposal itself to our family's reactions) and how beautiful every single photo was, without exception. They were ridiculously, insanely wonderful, and we will absolutely forever cherish them forever. To say I was glad that my fiancé found Alana would be a huge understatement. In sum, HIRE ALANA! You won't regret it. She is truly the best!!

Fabulous human, even more amazing photographer
Alana and I connected over Instagram shortly after Nick and I got engaged. Over the course of a year, I fell more in love with her shot style, her colors, and just about everything she posted. She and I messaged, liked, and commented so it was nice having as much of a connection as people can have through Instagram before booking. When we decided to book she helped so much with ideas for outfits, time of day, and locations to shoot as well!! When we scheduled our engagement shoot, it worked perfectly to where she could come to our location while she was in Cinci. Day of the shoot, anything that could have gone wrong, went wrong BUT Alana handled everything with such flexibility and ease. We were able to get shots before and after the torrential downpour that forced us to change locations and WE ARE IN LOVE with the photos. I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about her. She makes us even more excited for our wedding just through looking at our engagement photos and the photos she shares on her blog/website/Instagram. Long story short: book her. She’s your girl for all things wedding ❤️❤️
