About Beside Love

Beside Love with Heidi Barber

The Beside Love mission is to perform customized wedding ceremonies for couples in the Los Angeles area. To stand beside love is an honor, and performing wedding ceremonies feels like opening a curtain to reveal a glowing light to the world. My ceremonies can be light, airy and fun or deeply emotional and expressive, but always joyful— and always yours.

Spreading and celebrating love and the joy it brings can be an act of resistance. I am a celebrant of love. Everyone deserves to celebrate love without gatekeeping, and I am proud to perform wedding ceremonies that are individualized and special, just like love is.
