Mercedes was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From our very first phone call, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in choosing her. I had shared photos from previous trials I didn’t love, and she not only truly listened to what I wanted, but also made thoughtful recommendations that enhanced my vision. I wanted to still look like me, just a more elevated, glammed version, and she delivered that perfectly. On my wedding day, everything was seamless. Mercedes was punctual, professional, and communicated with me every step of the way, which helped keep me calm and stress-free. She remembered my skin concerns and tailored everything to make sure my makeup looked flawless and lasted all day and night. Not only did I feel absolutely beautiful, but my bridesmaids were beyond happy with their hair and makeup as well. Everyone looked stunning, and the overall experience was so positive and fun. Mercedes is not only incredibly talented, but she truly cares about her brides and their experience. I couldn’t recommend her more, she played such a big part in making my wedding day feel perfect.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Mercedes did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as for my mom and sister.
