I love my necklace I received as a gift. It has the birth flower of each of my kids.
Very Disappointed with Experience
I ordered a keepsake bouquet from this company and am incredibly disappointed with both the product and my overall experience. The item arrived just minutes ago, and upon opening, I immediately noticed several issues. There are broken petals, flowers shifting around inside the frame, and some even falling into the wooden pieces at the bottom. Some of the flowers have shifted out of place, which points to poor craftsmanship. The flowers are also falling apart inside the frame, and overall, the final product doesn’t match the design I was sent before placing my order. I spent over 330 on this keepsake, expecting a high-quality, carefully crafted piece to remember my wedding by. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. It’s heartbreaking to see something that was so important to me in such poor condition. To make matters worse, my order was lost in the system and would not have been fulfilled if I hadn’t reached out to inquire about it. As a result, my product arrived over 3 months later than the original estimated delivery time. I was given a 30 refund as compensation, but this did not make up for the disappointment and frustration I felt throughout the process. This was supposed to be a cherished memento from my wedding, and instead, it’s a source of sadness. I had planned to recommend this company to two of my friends who are getting married this year, but I can’t in good conscience do that now. I wouldn’t want another bride to experience the same letdown I’ve had. I can’t get new flowers to fix this, and I feel that all the time, money, and anticipation were wasted. I hope this company can address these issues and offer a fair resolution for customers who receive faulty products.

Can’t say enough good things about Pressed Floral and their team! The sweetest group with the best care and heart for their costumers. Everything they made is handled with such grace and intention and always turns out absolutely beautiful every time. Again, can’t say enough good things!
