Yes. Because we specialize in custom, large‑scale floral and décor, we do have a minimum investment that varies by season, day of the week, and venue. We’re happy to share the current minimum for your date and location during your consultation.

Your consultation is a collaborative design meeting. We’ll talk through your venue, color palette, must‑have moments, and overall vision, then start sketching out how flowers and décor can transform your space. Bringing inspiration photos, a rough guest count, and any venue details is helpful—but not required.

For peak‑season South Florida weddings, we recommend reaching out 9–12 months in advance so we can secure your date and begin the design process. If your timeline is shorter, still get in touch with us. We’ll let you know our availability and what’s possible.

Seasonality impacts both the quality and pricing of flowers. Once we know your date, venue, and palette, we’ll recommend blooms that are at their best at that time of year and suggest beautiful substitutions if a specific flower isn’t available.

Yes. We provide a sample or mockup of your centerpiece once your booking is confirmed. Samples are scheduled closer to the wedding date so we can use seasonal product and fine‑tune details together.

Yes. Dalsimer Atlas is a full‑service floral and event décor studio. We handle every visual aspect of your wedding ceremony and reception. We design ceremony arches and canopies, custom dance floors, lighting features, ceiling treatments, signage, and decorative backdrops so everything feels cohesive and intentional. We’re happy to collaborate with your planner and venue team to bring the full vision to life.

Chances are, yes. We've designed at all of the major hotels, wedding venues, churches, and synagogues throughout South Florida. If your venue is new to us, we'll schedule a site visit so we can design confidently for your space.

Our proposals clearly outline what’s included for your wedding, which typically involves delivery, complete setup of all floral and décor elements, any contracted room flips or repurposing of pieces, and breakdown of our items at the end of the night. We’ll review all logistics with you and your planner in advance.

We know weddings evolve. Within reasonable timeframes and inventory availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments to counts and details.
