What if my guests have never played a golf simulator before?

They're not alone and we have it covered! Every Bongo event is staffed by our people, so we coach you through all of the gameplay. And it’s pretty easy anyway, don’t sweat it.

Question 3

How much space do you need for the simulator set up?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a space roughly 12’ wide x 16’ deep. The simulator enclosure itself is only 10’ wide x 5’ deep; the extra space is to ensure ample room for safe play, simulator equipment, and spectators to congregate. And we only need 9.5’ ceiling clearance to make it work. We will talk about your space when we first chat.

Will you need to modify the venue space at all for the simulator set up?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Bongo is a completely turnkey and mobile setup, so we just need the recommended 20’ x 20’ space to operate. We won’t drill any holes in your walls or ceiling, don’t worry :)

Do you have restrictions on size of party?

Accepted Answer

We do not! Many gameplay options can accommodate unlimited party sizes, but we’ll recommend a few that work best based on your event.

What kind of games can we play on the simulator?

Accepted Answer

We have so many options it’s not even funny. Some of our favorites: Long drive and closest-to-pin competitions. Best for large parties (unlimited party size), ~5 minute gameplay per player. We often pair these with contests/giveaways! Team match play. Depending on match length, this is best for parties between 4-16 people. 30-75 minute gameplay per player, depending on match length. We recommend these for bachelor/bachelorette parties during prep for the big day! Target practice, open range session. Best for large parties (unlimited party size), 10-20 minute gameplay per player. This works well for kids and adults!

Do you supply the golf equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge! We have full sets of right-handed and left-handed clubs (sized for adults and children), balls, etc. AND we bring our own wifi and power source, nothing to worry about!
