Hi, I'm Nora - the live poet! I describe live event poetry as the result of improvisation meeting inspiration. You share a word, memory, wish, or moment moves or inspires or intrigues you, and I write you a poem, on the spot, in real time on my vintage typewriter. Live poetry turns any event into a truly unique experience. It slows time down, creates space for connection, reflection, and a little bit of magic while sending your guests home with a one-of-a-kind keepsake from your celebration.

    My encounter with The Live Poet was not at all what I expected! I had a quick 30 second conversation with Nora and then came back just a few minutes later to read a beautifully typewritten poem.
