Hello! My name is Mary Charlotte - I run MaryCharcuterie, a speciality meat and cheese board company. I love making giant grazing tables to feed you and your loved ones. As a full-time social worker, I am committed to justice, equity, love, and of course, on your big day, JOY! My grazing tables are delicious, fun, and full of love for you and your crew.
My grazing tables are the perfect fit for your cocktail hour or reception; they are a beautiful and super tasty way to bring your group together in a fun way. I make them with the best local products with a wide variety of cheeses and treats to appease your fanciest cheese-eating friend as well as your pickiest eater.

Delicious Grazing Table!
We can’t recommend Mary Charlotte enough! She arranged a beautiful charcuterie spread for our 170 guests which was a huge hit! People loved the unique and delicious grazing table in lieu of traditional passed appetizers. We received so many compliments! She was a joy to work with - affordable, responsive, and professional!

MaryCharcuterie is amazing
Our event was a HUGE success in most part to the amazing work of Mary Charlotte and crew! The board displays were amazing and such a stunning feature at our Senior/Faculty Cocktail. Guests were talking about it for weeks and eager to have them back for more events. They were easy to work with, creative and such a joy to have at the event. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was lucky enough to have Mary Charcuterie cater my bridal shower! Mary Charlotte made the whole experience go so smoothly from start to finish! She was easy to plan with and I could always get in touch with her when I needed. Her cheeseboards came out beautifully and I had so many relatives come up to me mentioning how delicious they were! I highly recommend her!!

Our business has worked with Mary Charcuterie on several occasions as a food vendor who prepares, serves, and explains her beer and cheese pairings to our patron base. She replies to emails quickly, shows up on time, always brings extra materials in case of emergency and overall is great to work with. We have had several successful event nights with her and are preparing for more!
