Chef Koma was originally known for cooking private hibachi for celebrities and Vegas high rollers in 2020 during lockdown. Since then he’s built a reputation for great food, high energy, and a fire show at the grill. Guests gather around while dinner is cooked live — flying shrimp, onion volcanoes, and plenty of laughs along the way. Today the experience has expanded into interactive dining for weddings, bach parties, and private celebrations all over Vegas.
