My husband and I started this business in 2019 as a hobby we can do together that quickly turned into our small business! we quickly turned our part time business into full time and can't imagine our life without creating beautiful charcuterie boards and tables for YOU.

We take the time to curate the best cheese and charcuterie experience for you and your loved ones. We also do our best to support local farms and vendors as well, such as local edible florals and local honeys and jams.

    Wedding Charcuterie

    Bleu Oak Charcuterie was incredible! They set everything up so beautifully and were very kind. We had them cater our wedding for about 50 people and there was plenty of food, all of it delicious!

    Bleu Oak charcuterie was the absolute best. Jennifer and her team are so talented. The grazing table we had at our wedding was a hit, people are still talking about it! I think it was such a fun addition to cocktail hour. The team at Bleu Oak was super reliable and helped make our special day absolutely seamless! Highly recommend. :)

    Excellent charcuterie catering

    I chose Bkeu Oak based on lots of positive feedback on Carlsbad Exchange. Well everyone was right. Jennifer was so great to work with and created a beautiful and delicious table for my daughter’s very special album release party. Our guests raved about it. If you are in need of charcuterie services I highly recommend Bleu Oak!!!

    Perfect flavors

    Jennifer was amazing to work with in choosing our cheeses and meats. She knows so much about what to choose and what flavors work together. They are worth the spend, Exceptional visual beauty on their table they made for our wedding. The guests were very impressed!

    Bleu Oak charcuterie created an absolute jaw dropping display of charcuterie at our wedding. 4x16 foot table completely covered and tiered everything you could imagine and ever want. Our guests of 200+ couldn’t stop taking about it. If charcuterie is your thing, Bleu oak is the one.
