Gilda Burke is a self-taught baker & talented cake artist who has nurtured her passion for baking over the years & has amassed a collection of tried & true recipes that have delighted thousands of happy clients. As a devoted mother of two & wife to one of NYC’s Bravest, she does her best to balance family life with her creative pursuits. Gilda has been baking & decorating beautifully crafted cakes since 2011 & has proudly owned two successful bakery shops. Her skills & creativity have earned her features on prestigious platforms such as Food Network’s Cake Wars & The Big Bake where she & her team actually won first place!
