We have an awesome job! Seriously. Being in the business of making wedding cakes is amazing. Not only do we get to do for a living what millions of people do for a hobby, but we are constantly meeting couples that are in the midst of the happiest time of their lives. So, we love what we do and other people love what we do. Are you picking up what I'm putting down? Yep, it's good to be POC. Even cooler is the fact that not only do our customers love what we do, but the very best wedding reception sites in the valley trust us enough to stake their reputations on our work by including our cakes in their all inclusive wedding packages.

With these sites hosting hundreds of weddings every year, that kind of trust is the ultimate compliment. Which sites? I'm talking about the best of the best... The Ashley Castle, Bella Rose Estate, Hotel Valley Ho, The Phoenician Resort, Regency Garden, SoHo63, Stonebridge Manor, Villa Siena, and all of the Wedgewood wedding venues in the east valley to name a few (alphabetically). With so many cake companies out there, all of these amazing facilities choosing the same cake company is ridiculously unlikely...makes you think they know something, doesn't it? ;)

We were so happy with Piece of Cake from start to finish. They listened carefully to what we wanted and answered every question we had along the way. The cake turned out beautiful and tasted even better than we hoped. All of the desserts were delicious and our guests couldn't stop talking about them. We felt like they really understood our vision and delivered exactly what we asked for. We'd recommend Piece of Cake to any couple planning their wedding.

Sooo yummy!!!
Piece of Cake was the perfect choice for our wedding cake and desserts. Their tiered cakes were absolutely beautiful, with intricate designs and delicious flavors. We especially loved the carrot cake! The tasting was a wonderful experience, and we were impressed by the variety of options and the gorgeous final product on our wedding day. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding cake and dessert experience.

Amazing
Piece of Cake was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding desserts. Their communication was quick, easy, understanding, and incredibly convenient, which was especially helpful since I was an out-of-town bride. They were so accommodating, adjusting their schedule to fit my limited time in town for wedding planning. The desserts they provided were not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious - we didn't have a single one left at the end of the night! The quality of their work and overall value was simply wonderful and amazing. I cannot recommend Piece of Cake enough for any couple planning their special day.

Incredible Taste, But the Design Missed the Mark
The design we discussed and were shown was a spatula-lined, ripple-style cake with a true ombré effect, starting with a rich plum at the bottom and gradually fading through soft shades of purple into white at the top. What we received did not reflect that vision. The cake was a very dark plum throughout, the finish looked uneven, and the ombré effect was not present. My husband immediately noticed that it wasn’t what we had asked for, and it was honestly upsetting to see something so different from what we expected. That said, the flavor was absolutely delicious and truly the saving grace. We chose a more unconventional flavor combination of lemon cake with blueberry compote, and it tasted incredible. Many of our guests commented on how good it was. While the cake tasted wonderful, the visual execution did not align with what was requested or shown during the design process. Given how meaningful the wedding cake is as both a focal point and photo moment, this was really disappointing for us. I wish the final design had more closely matched what we had discussed, but I do appreciate the quality of the flavor and baking itself.

10/10 Recommend Using Piece of Cake
Working with Piece of Cake for our wedding was so easy and seamless. We scheduled a tasting and got to try all of their delicious options. They delivered the cake and desserts to the wedding and it was set up beautifully. Everything was so delicious. Our favorite was our monogrammed personalized sugar cookies and our churro wedding cake with cream cheese frosting. Everyone was raving about how good the desserts were. 10/10 recommendation using them for any wedding or event!
