Daniel Colonel LLC

Daniel Colonel loves telling stories through dessert. As a child, he was fascinated with food and always interested how it was made. He took his love for food, and sweet tooth to the Culinary Institute of America where he graduated in Baking and Pastry Management. Daniel's favorite part of the process is connecting with the couple and getting to know their love story. Wedding cakes with sugar flowers are his specialty but during the pandemic, he has began other sweet ventures including mini premium desserts that are served in cones and cookie boxes.

In addition to cakes, the mini desserts served in cones have been really popular for events on display, as favors, and passed around. They are a great way for guests to try different flavors of dessert while mingling, dancing, and enjoying the party. There is a menu, but Daniel loves creating custom flavors for any palate.
