FOUNDER

Lavender Coast Collective is a couple-run mobile bar service built on experience, teamwork, and a genuine love for hospitality. Together, we bring 20 years of food and beverage experience and 10 years in operations and logistics, along with owning and operating a mobile bartending company since 2019. We understand how much timing, flow, and attention to detail matter on a wedding day. We work seamlessly as a team to create bar service that feels smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Our approach is calm, organized, and people-first, allowing couples and their guests to relax, celebrate, and stay fully present.

What sets us apart is the depth of experience we bring both behind the bar and behind the scenes. With 20 years in food and beverage and 10 years in operations and logistics, we understand how events truly run, not just how they look. We anticipate needs, manage flow, and pay close attention to the small details that keep a wedding moving smoothly. As a couple who works seamlessly together, we approach every event with care, organization, and genuine passion for hospitality. Day-Of Wedding Coordination

Seamless, stress-free wedding day coordination with a dedicated lead managing timelines, vendors, and on-site logistics. We step in ahead of your wedding to finalize details so you can stay present and enjoy the moment. What’s Included Final timeline, vendor confirmations, ceremony + reception coordination, setup oversight, cueing key moments, problem-solving, 8–10 hours on-site, emergency kit. Add-Ons Extra hours ($100–150/hr), assistant ($30–45/hr), rehearsal ($150–300), setup/breakdown crew
