Benefit Bar packages

Private Party

Description

This is a package for a private party, and pricing is $18 per person. Currently, we do not require a minimum spend. This option is excellent for weddings, bachelorettes, graduation parties, fundraisers, etc. We use compostable materials because we love our planet! (Used supplied will also be collected and sent to be composted by Benefit Bar) Bartending service up to 5 hours. Additional hours may be added in advance

  • Add Ice ($2 PP)
  • Add water station ($2 PP)
  • Add second satellite bar ($500)
  • Add champagne pour ($2 PP)
  • Add order pick up ($75)

    The best!

    Vanessa and her team at Benefit Bar were an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. They were professional, prompt, and consultative throughout the entire planning process, helping us create a delicious and creative bar program that exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work was fabulous - they poured drinks for our toasts, made a wonderful hot cider, and even put together a great mocktail package for our sober guests and friends, ensuring everyone felt special. Everyone at our wedding was raving about the drinks! We are so grateful to Vanessa and her team for going above and beyond to make our special day perfect. As an LGBTQ couple, we really appreciated their warmth and support as well. We cannot recommend Benefit Bar enough - you will not regret hiring them for your wedding!

    Mockamazing!

    Benefit Bar was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Their communication throughout the entire planning process was quick, friendly, and incredibly informative. The quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional - from the clean, high-quality bar setup to the mindful way they curated the bar menu to fit our wedding vibe. Our guests raved about the amazing drink options, and I always had an incredible mocktail in my hand to keep me refreshed all night long. Benefit Bar's team truly went above and beyond to ensure our bar experience was perfect, right down to the adorable bar cart they provided.     Benefit Bar was hands down the best choice for our wedding!
