About Sum Very Peachy Music Productions, The Late Show’s Gospel Choir

The Late Show’s Gospel Choir/Sum Very Peachy Music Productions, The Late Show’s Gospel Choir

Founder/Lead Singer/Contractor for The LSG Choir-Lady Peachena

Lady Peachena formed The Late Show’s Gospel Choir at the request of Paul Shaffer, MD of CBS TV’S “LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN,” in Oct. ‘95. At first they were only supposed to film a video about a crazy, knife-wielding guy named “MOE.” But Paul was so amazed by their strong, harmonious voices that he booked them on “THE LATE SHOW” the very next night. The LSG Choir wound up singing on “THE LATE SHOW” for a decade, from 1995 to 2005, seen by millions of viewers.

The Late Show’s Gospel Choir can sing a cappella or with a pianist or 5-piece band. This year this awesome choir is celebrating their 30th year Anniversary and will have a public concert in Harlem this Fall.
