    Disappointing Experience

    I really wanted to love this DJ team, but it just wasn’t a fit. First the DJ who originally was playing our wedding was fired from the company less than two weeks before wedding day. We were then given a new DJ who was much more professional but come wedding day the ceremony music was completely wrong despite there being clear details in the planning sheets and having discussed it in previous meetings. Our first dance was derailed by sudden issues with the sound system and my husband and I were left standing on the floor so long that we decided to just go seat ourselves while the issues were resolved. The rest of the night went well but it was most upsetting that the ceremony music was completely messed up.

    Thanks Jana for bringing this to our attention. This was not a mistake by our team but rather the in house system at the venue. I have spoke with both DJ and Madi (coordinator) to confirm this.

    BOOK Ben NOW!! NO REGRETS!

    Although I work in the wedding industry, I had never personally worked with Ben when I booked him for my wedding in 2021. Throughout the planning process he was so helpful and one of the best vendors when it came to communication! He went out of his way to go check my venue out beforehand since it was new at the time and he had never worked there. The day of the wedding he brought us water after the ceremony and before pictures since it was 94 outside and then came to the bridal suite to get us a drink before introductions. Throughout the entire night he was right there to help serve us and make sure we felt special! He was prepared to get our meals for us or really anything!! I ended up getting overheated and sick and Ben made his way to find me several times to check on me. BEN IS AWESOME! We also chose to use his photo booth and LOVE letters and both were amazing additions to our special day! I will never not recommend Ben and his business to anyone. He truly is the best in the business! Anytime I see him on a vendor list for a wedding I am working, I get PUMPED because I know it will be smooth sailing.
