Hi! I'm Dennis! My Wife (Rachel) and I proudly own & operate Live Events DJs & Photo Booths! I am a professional, award winning DJ & MC (Master of Ceremonies) as well as an Ordained Minister. Having grown up in "The Cashew Chicken Capital Of The World" I ADORE Chinese food! I have been a DJ since 1999 and have entertained at thousands of events of all types! Live Events DJ's have been awarded "Best Of Weddings '16, '17, '18, '19, '20 & '21"; Couples' Choice '16, '17, '18, '19 & '20 and "Missouri's Best '18!
We have mastered the art of packing most any dance floor! We cater to everyone! It doesn't matter if Grandma and Grandpa want to dance to The Twist, or the younger crowd wants to dance to The Wobble! Since all events are unique, we will tailor the music to fit your specific event! Be careful when choosing a DJ! Your event is VERY important! Be sure to hire a professional DJ that will strive to make your event fun and memorable for your guests! All too often we hear: "my cousin is going to DJ our wedding from his iPhone". Please make sure you hire a DJ who can professionally execute every detail of your event to perfection!

Best DJ Service in Southern Missouri
We hired Live Events Missouri DJs & Photo Booths for our wedding and couldn't have made a better choice. The two DJs were genuinely friendly and stayed on top of every detail, checking in with us throughout the day to ensure everything ran smoothly. They kept the reception flowing perfectly and had our guests on the dance floor all afternoon. What impressed us most was how they played a song we hadn't requested but knew we'd love—they really listened to us during our planning calls. The level of care they put into our day, combined with their competitive pricing, made them an incredible value. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple looking for a DJ team that actually cares about making your wedding special.

Amazing Experience!
We first saw Jenna perform at another wedding and knew we had to book her for ours—and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. From our initial conversations through the big day, her communication was responsive and organized, making the whole planning process feel easy. Jenna kept our entire day flowing perfectly from start to finish with music that was exactly what we wanted, creating such a fun, upbeat atmosphere that kept everyone dancing. Do you want to have fun on your wedding day too?
If you are looking for a vendor who will be fun to work with, has a variety of services, and will take care of you like you are freaking ROYALTY, then Live Events is the one for you when you say "I do" ! We worked with them for DJ/sound services, photobooth, and yard games for our wedding and could not be happier with their attention to detail and care about our day! Jenna Knox and her team made every point to ensure we got everything we wanted and they were fantastic to work with. The option to have so many things covered by one vendor was SUCH a relief and made our planning so much easier. My favorite thing was the music planning; we got a link to fill out all our wants, and this process also helped us solidify some of our plans for the day of! We also got to personalize our photobooth printouts, so it matched the vibe of the day. Literally the perfect vendor for us - cannot recommend enough!

Amazing experience with DJ Lily
Live Events Missouri DJs & Photo Booths provided amazing communication throughout the planning process for our wedding. DJ Lily needs to teach a masterclass on how to really get a party going - she made our reception so lively and magical. From the moment they arrived, the energy they brought was infectious and had all our guests on the dance floor all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to keep the celebration going strong. Highly recommend this team for any couple looking to make their wedding day as special as ours was.
