We are delighted to offer harp and cello, either as solo instruments or as a duo, for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception, as well as for gallery openings, fund raisers, memorial services, or other events. We create custom arrangements upon request and are equally at home performing everything from pop music to R&B, jazz, classical, country, indie rock, and everything in between!

Our harp and cello duo has been providing intimate, salon-style concerts and our own unique arrangements of classical and popular selections alike since 2007. We work closely with our clients to ensure their music experience is a source of joy that helps mark life's milestones, collaborating on custom arrangements and offering a music list with over 300 arrangements we've created during our time performing as an ensemble. We love the collaborative process - both in playing chamber music and coordinating with our clients and it is always an honor to be part of celebrating a special moment in someone's life.

Amazing
From our first conversation, Lily Press on harp and Simon Linn-Gerstein on cello were incredibly responsive and easy to work with, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us pick songs that matched our wedding's vibe perfectly. On the day of, their performance was exquisite and guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the live music was. The way they played together was enchanting, and we got compliments about the musicians all night long. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple looking for something truly special.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!
Lily & Simon were the perfect musical accompaniment for our wedding day. From the very beginning, their communication style was attentive, detailed, and showed a true understanding of what we were looking for. The quality of their work and the value they provided was priceless - their performance was peaceful, seamless, and beautiful, making our special day absolutely perfect. They arrived early and made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing, and were incredibly flexible with the event timing. Lily & Simon were always quick to respond to our emails, and even accommodated a very late evening meeting to discuss our vision for the event. With their extensive song list, they were able to perfectly capture our vibe and fill in any gaps. They truly made it our day, providing the best service at incredible value. Magical music by a professional & passionate duo
We had the privilege of working with Lily and Simon for our microwedding at the Santa Barbara courthouse. We primarily worked with Lily in the months leading up to our wedding - she is so responsive, organized, detail oriented and provides such thoughtful guidance and clarity around music choices and song recommendations. Their repertoire was truly amazing, from classical music options, beautiful pop songs, and even to cinematic and gaming favorites - we truly had so many songs to choose from to best capture our love story and individual personalities. On the day of our wedding, their beautiful music filled the summer air, and was an absolute highlight for our guests. My only regret is not being able to just sit and listen to them play for longer :) We highly recommend working with Lily and Simon if you want to bring a touch of tasteful, brilliant harp and cello music to delight your guests, no matter your event.

Most beautiful music and people you will meet
Lily arranged a custom melody for my husband to walk down the aisle to. It was absolutely beautiful. She met with us to talk about the ceremony timeline and made sure she adjusted accordingly based of potential situations (we had a very young ring bearer). They showed up on time and were ready to go! Our guests absolutely loved them. We can’t wait to book them again for our 25th anniversary!
