Chris Story Band

At the age of four, he started playing the fiddle and competing in contests around the state of Texas. Chris went on to learn the saxophone in high school which led him to a full scholarship from Abilene Christian University. Over the years, Chris has taught himself to play the mandolin, rhythm guitar, bass guitar, piano, and harmonia. After years of performing in clubs and dance halls, Chris was introduced to corporate events and weddings. He has traveled around the United States performing for well-known corporations, making him an established artist in the event industry.

For the cost of six musicians you get 13 instruments and 6 vocals because many band members play multiple instruments and several members sing. ​This allows us to play songs by Frank Sinatra with strings and horns, George Strait with fiddle and steel, and all the rock and pop music with full horns and guitar. ​This band is the perfect choice when you want to start the evening with some nice dinner music, then step it up later for some country dancing, and end the night with a high energy show that will wow your guests. ​
