“Our daughter was married Sept 2023 and we worked with Yessie for her wedding cake and all the desserts at the dessert table. She was fantastic! Our daughter had a floral 'Alice in Wonderland'-ish wedding and Yessie worked with us making sure she got all the details exactly right for the cake. Our daughter wanted bright floral colors in the desserts with a bit of woodland look. Yessie took all this into consideration and really came thru to execute the look/feel our daughter wanted. Yessie was easy and professional to work with, even coming up with a new macaron flavor that our daughter requested. She was patient with changes and additions. We are in NC, so alot of the planning and design was thru email and messenger and Yessie was always super quick to respond and never let messages sit there for days like some of the vendors. Finally, the look she created was great, but that was nothing compared to the flavors! She knocked every dessert out of the park with her flavors! Everyone commented on how good everything was! “Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. I had a very specific vision: a tall, classy, elegant, and ARTISTIC cake that would tie in seamlessly with our wedding signage and day of paper goods and she delivered that and more. Our cake was a true statement piece. Five tiers of textured, draped fondant, delicate floral details, and a gold acrylic monogram (our logo) that perfectly matched our gold acrylic menu cards. It was not just a dessert; it was an art piece that reflected our entire wedding aesthetic. Flavor-wise, Juries worked with us to create a custom combo of chocolate cake with a caramel and hazelnut praline buttercream filling. It was rich, moist, perfectly balanced, not overly sweet and completely unforgettable (I am already thinking of hosting something so that i have a reason to order another cake from her with the same filling because it was that GOOD!).
