I love working at Summit Farm. The staff makes the day smooth. Each couple receives a wedding coordinator that helps in all aspects of the wedding. Many times you will find the staff following around the photographer to make sure the bride’s dress stays pristine, if someone needs a drink or if they are they to just hold the bouquet. The staff are always making sure other vendors feel comfortable with everything going on. It is a wonderful experience.

We got married at The Chapel on Sycamore in April and it was everything that we had hoped for! The chapel itself is gorgeous with the dark wood interior and stained glass, and the outdoor space in the spring was perfect for everything from photos to cocktail hour gathering. We had 200 guests and the space was accommodating. Lisa was with us to coordinate our day from the very start and was incredibly prepared, responsive, timely, and helpful in answering my many questions throughout the planning process. She met me at the Chapel to visit multiple times to look at the space as I was planning the event. We used Oakhurst Market, a preferred caterer, for our food and got many compliments (and loved the food ourselves!). We loved the location in Decatur near restaurants and bars for our guests and the ease of travel and proximity to the city and it was easy to book parking for our guests nearby with Lisa's assistance. I would highly recommend The Chapel on Sycamore as an excellent wedding/event venue with lovely and helpful staff. The pictures included are by OliviaRosePhotography.

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at this stunning estate just outside of Atlanta. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing this venue because of its truly all-inclusive experience. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, everything happened in one beautiful location. I was even able to get ready on-site with my bridesmaids and the hair and makeup team, which made the entire day feel relaxed and seamless. I arrived that morning and didn’t have to worry about going anywhere else—just enjoying the day as it unfolded. A huge part of that smooth experience was thanks to our incredible day-of coordinator, Leslie Boyd. She had answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask and guided me through everything with such calm confidence. I felt completely taken care of, and multiple guests and vendors praised how organized and seamless the day was—all because of Leslie. The catering was also fantastic. Guests couldn’t stop talking about the appetizers, and it truly felt like there was plenty of delicious food for everyone. My husband and I loved the options we chose, and the team even packed up some entrees and slices of cake for us to take home, which was such a thoughtful touch. LG's Gala Event Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding. From the start, the team's communication was efficient, supportive, and they were always available to answer our questions. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery and great lighting that made for amazing photos. They had everything we needed in a package, and Shatelle and Lisa were wonderful to work with - they made the planning process stress-free and we felt like family. The food was superb, the DJ kept the dance floor packed, and the servers were attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day experience.

Swan Coach House does exceptional private events. We had our micro wedding on the Belle Nita patio and then had dinner in the Belle Nita room. It was a great option that "felt" like a wedding without the enormous wedding price and stress level. They served an delicious 5-course meal that was entirely gluten free and nut free -- and were so gracious about making accommodations including having gluten-free rolls! Their staff is also great about making accommodations in the regular restaurant. (Celiac note: My family has IgG wheat/gluten allergies -- NOT celiac disease. We have a higher tolerance for cross-contamination than most people with celiac, so I can't speak to how "celiac safe" this is.)

I got married at 42West in September 2024 and I'm convinced it's the best wedding venue in Atlanta. Lauren is incredible and went above & beyond to help us execute a beautiful cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception (plus an amazing afterparty). We booked the venue a year in advance, and every time we came back to visit in the meantime, Lauren had made a new upgrade to the space - she expanded the bridal suite, acquired the Annex and Gallery, and expanded her furniture & decor inventory. She really took the time to understand our vision for the evening, and we valued her input & advice throughout the planning process. Other than a last name sign, we had ZERO decor budget - Lauren recreated my Pinterest board vision entirely from her own inventory. 42West's flexibility allowed us to plan an extremely personalized evening with minimal logistical stress, and their team expertly managed setup & vendor coordination. If you're comparing against other venues, 42West's biggest differentiators are: 1) No nickel-and-diming. We paid a flat price for unlimited event time and there are no surprise operational fees or taxes added on top. 2) Decor assistance. We had a low decor budget and did not prioritize aesthetics, but the wedding was still gorgeous thanks to 42West's variety of beautiful spaces and extensive furniture & decor inventory. 3) Flexibility. Lauren was very accommodating, and all venue rules are reasonable and did not feel restrictive in the slightest. We LOVED hosting our afterparty in the 42West Annex - it was one of the biggest highlights of the day - but this wouldn't have been possible at most ITP venues due to a combination of space constraints, end-time rules, or noise restrictions.

Our venue was originally built in 1942, and used as munitions storage during World War 2. After that, it was repurposed for different industrial uses until the 1990s, when we moved in and set up our antique shop. Thirty years later, the area has changed incredibly and we no longer work in antiques!

I cannot even express how much we loved working with Julian and Anne! Our wedding in March 2025 was absolutely beautiful and we could not have made a better choice than the Westside Warehouse. Julian was extremely responsive and communicative through the entire process and we loved the option to use the antique furniture available for decoration. If I was reading this review while I was in the process to book a venue, what I'd want to know is that the communication is excellent, the execution was flawless, location was unmatched, our guests had a great time, and the photos were exceptional. There isn't one thing I'd change about our venue!

I absolutely love working at the Waldorf Astoria—it’s one of my favorite venues, hands down. Miriam, their head of events, is an absolute dream to work with. She’s incredibly professional, kind, and always quick to respond, which makes the entire planning process efficient. Load-in is consistently smooth and well-organized, which is such a huge plus for any vendor. What really stands out, though, is the level of hospitality from the entire team. Every time I’m on-site, multiple staff members throughout the property go out of their way to check in and offer assistance. It creates such a supportive and welcoming environment. The space itself is stunning—timeless, elegant, and beautifully maintained—while still offering a versatile, blank canvas for couples to bring their vision to life. Wow! I was fortunate enough to plan my brother's wedding this past October at Margaret Mitchell House and could not have been more blown away by the entire experience! The venue just opened in June of 2025 and so we were one of the first events to utilize the new midtown venue. The bridal suite was so fun on the day-of and provided a beautiful space for getting ready photos. All of our guests stayed at the hotel across the street but there were plenty of options nearby. Being in the heart of Midtown made it super convenient for any out of town attendees. The entire team at Margaret Mitchell was super helpful and more than accommodating when it came to planning their big day. We got very lucky with the weather and it was so nice that guests were able to explore inside/outside the house during the event. There was nothing but compliments from guests and overall, I would definitely recommend the Margaret Mitchell House for your intimate event!!
