Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. Perez Collective Events at Springview is a private estate in Dacula, GA built for couples who want their wedding to feel like something their guests talk about for years. Two event halls (one seats 120 with crystal chandeliers and marble floors, the other holds 40 for something more intimate). Two guest homes that sleep 30 total, so your wedding party stays on-site the whole weekend. Outdoor ceremony space with a cherry blossom aisle. A covered pavilion with a brick pizza oven and open-air firepit for the rehearsal dinner. Every couple gets a dedicated event coordinator.
