From our initial inquiry to the final cold spark send-off at our Wedding, this company exceeded our expectations at every turn. They transformed a beautiful space into something truly magical with their DJ service, custom stage, dynamic lighting, and an exciting 360-photo booth. We chose them because we wanted a single vendor to handle multiple technical elements, which spared us the hassle of managing separate contracts. From the very beginning, owner Brodrick and his lead project manager, Darriell, made the planning process effortless. They hosted a Zoom consultation, walked us through sample production plans for The Springs, and created a minute-by-minute audiovisual timeline that perfectly aligned with our coordinator’s master schedule. Whenever my now-husband or I had a last-minute idea—such as adding uplighting to the cocktail patio or extending our playlist by an extra half hour—someone from Any Event responded within hours, usually providing two or three creative solutions rather than just a simple yes or no. The DJ service was the highlight of the night. DJ Smooth B had an amazing ability to read our crowd. During dinner, he played instrumental covers of our favorite indie tracks, keeping the volume low enough for conversation but lively enough for our parents’ generation to enjoy. Once the formalities ended, he seamlessly transitioned into our requested dance set, incorporating guest requests while maintaining the energy. Several friends told us it was the first wedding where they didn’t feel the urge to leave the dance floor. The centerpiece of the decor was the cold spark fountains that framed our entrance and grand exit outside—these were totally safe, breathtaking, and an effect our guests are still talking about weeks later. Then came the 360 photo booth—the biggest surprise hit of the reception. Any Event’s attendant, Brianna, kept the line moving while energizing every participant like a red-carpet host. The booth produced slow-motion videos backed by music, complete with custom overlays of our monogram and wedding date, which were texted to guests in under a minute. Even relatives who typically shy away from cameras couldn't resist jumping onto the platform. The gallery link they sent us afterward is the most hilarious digital guestbook imaginable. By the end of the night, the breakdown was silent and efficient; my planner noted that the crew left the venue cleaner than they found it. In an industry where “good enough” often passes as professional, Any Event Productions sets the bar much higher. If you’re getting married in North Texas, do yourself a favor and let them handle your celebration. “Overall, we would absolutely choose Ashton Gardens Corinth again. We had a wonderful experience with the venue and Walter’s Wedding Estates overall, and I’m sharing this review in hopes it helps future couples researching venues. First, our wedding planner and coordinator, Becca, was incredible. She is extremely organized, a great communicator, and such a kind person. Our day would not have been the same without her. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, checked in on us throughout the day, and truly made us feel supported and cared for. Venue: The beauty of Ashton Gardens is truly unmatched. The chapel is breathtaking, and I will never forget the moment the doors opened for me to walk down the aisle. The bridal suite was exactly what I hoped for and comfortably fit me, my seven bridesmaids, both moms, and our hair and makeup artists without feeling crowded. The groom’s suite is smaller, so the groom and his groomsmen chose to get ready off-site, which worked fine for them. One thing we loved is that the reception space is just a short walk from the chapel, making the transition to cocktail hour and the reception very easy for guests. The reception hall is spacious and offers a lot of flexibility for floor plans. We had 142 guests, plus a rented dance floor and dueling piano players, and the space felt perfect. One thing we wish we had known before booking is that the “included” rehearsal hour is only offered Monday–Thursday. Rehearsals outside those days require an additional fee. Food & Drinks: We chose the exceptional catering and bar package through Walter’s. Unfortunately, the food ended up being our least favorite part of the wedding, which is the only reason we are giving a four-star review instead of five. Several guests mentioned their meals were cold or dry, and we later learned the last table served received noticeably smaller portions, which was disappointing given that our final guest count was submitted well in advance. However, the team did a great job accommodating guests with dietary restrictions. Along these lines, we were disappointed that there was no opportunity to have an actual tasting to choose our menu, so we chose a chicken and steak duet as a safe choice. We did attend a Walter’s showcase, but they only had pork, fish, or chicken to try that night. Since we had fewer than 150 guests, we paid to have both bars open, which we highly recommend to avoid long lines. Guests had great things to say about the bartending services, and the signature drinks were fantastic. Vendor Package: The vendor package was a huge benefit. Not having to worry about rentals like linens, plates, glassware, and tables saved us a lot of time and stress. The vendors we worked with through the package were professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with.”

She helped to gently but firmly ensure that people stuck to the schedule we came up with. My husband, Noah (who normally does not like taking pictures), said that taking our couple photos was one of his favorite parts because of how relaxing and fun of an experience Karina made it. Post wedding, the sneak peak pictures we got (insanely fast btw) were incredible, but they were the tip of the iceberg. Karina’s reveal is one of the best parts about hiring her! You get to sit and see all of the photos together and reminisce about the incredible day. She helps you go through page by page to make your wedding album and pick custom artwork if that’s what you chose to do. She even makes cookies! (She is very multitalented.) I seriously cannot recommend her enough. During this whole process, we had some outside issues that she had nothing to do with, but she still helped accommodate us immediately. I will forever be grateful that I chose her business. When we look back on the most special day of our lives, these are the pictures we will be looking back on. “Alea was absolutely amazing to work with! From the trial to the actual big day, she will make you feel comfortable and confident. She is very easy to work with and super responsive. She has amazing products that she uses as well. I have very sensitive skin (acne prone and I have rosacea and eczema) and none of her products gave me any sort of reactions. On the big day, we had more limited time than I had originally planned for, and Alea not only finished on time, she finished early! I was able to have time to relax and get dressed thanks to her. She was one of my favorite vendors that I worked with during my wedding and I would recommend her to anyone!”

JUST4U Wedding Coordinating and More

“I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.”
