I am a curly-haired hugger who has always dreamed of my wedding day, so it was a no brainer after shooting my cousin's wedding in 2004 that this is what I was meant to do. I earned a BFA degree in studio art from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!), and a MFA degree in imaging arts/photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. I taught black and white, digital, alternative process and studio photography at the high school, university and adult education levels. I love both the planned events and the unintentional, quiet moments that make a wedding unique!
