Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

I currently reside in the Hattiesburg MS area but I’m originally from Panama City Florida, so I like to tell people the entire Gulf Coast is really my travel area! I have a very laid-back and relaxed demeanor, but at the same time, I'm a perfectionist and extremely organized with a keen eye for detail. I have a major in computer engineering and a minor in electrical engineering. In my spare time, I enjoy felling trees, tinkering with electronics, and learning Jiu-Jitsu. Above all these, I love taking pictures of the world around me and transforming them into masterpieces.
