“Connie and Justine from Beautiful Crazy Coordinators were absolutely phenomenal during our wedding rehearsal and wedding day. They handled every little detail so that as the bride, I was able to focus on getting ready and enjoy my time with the guests. Both Connie and Justine are so sweet and have the calmest demeanors - with them by my side on my special day, I was not stressed at all. Any task or errand that I asked, they would accomplish it. They set up my entire wedding and really paid attention to detail with what I had envisioned. Connie and Justine even packed up my entire wedding at the end of the night and organized countless boxes and decorations. Prior to the wedding, they even went to pick up several desserts. No task was too big, and they handled the timeline throughout the day and any hectic situation they solved promptly and quickly. I would give them a 1000/10 as a review rating!”

“Frank was awesome. From the start, we really enjoyed working with him. He was professional and to the point, yet still personable and fun. He was really organized and his website helped us get ourselves and our day organized, especially his timeline template. He was happy to take all of our requests (we had a few playlists put together) and took requests from our guests. He was extremely attentive during cocktail hour and dinner and checked in multiple times to make sure everybody understood the timeline and was ready for cake cutting, speeches, etc. And not just with us, but with our involved family and friends, too. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She also coordinated with vendors, kept everyone in the loop, and managed behind-the-scenes logistics like a total pro. I’m sure there were many things she quietly handled that I’ll never even know about, and that’s exactly what makes a great day-of coordinator so invaluable. On top of all that, she took care of the entire clean-up, which was such a relief at the end of the night. One of the most thoughtful surprises was that she captured so many amazing behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day, she even created videos and shared a whole album of beautiful photos with us. It’s been such a joy to look back on those candid memories that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. “Venue One Eleven was everything we envisioned and more. The food was AMAZING. We had so many compliments on the food. Highly recommend the salmon & short rib. The venue itself was so spacious & beautiful. It’s pre-decorated which made our lives so much easier and saved us a lot of money in the long run. The courtyard is filled with flowers & was a good place to step away from the dance floor for some fresh air. The stage was perfect for our band & made it feel like we were at a concert! We rented the townhouse about 10 steps across the road from the venue for our wedding parties. It was AMAZING to be so close to the venue for the entire weekend & it is decorated SO cute. It sleeps about 16 guests so our wedding parties didn’t have to worry about driving the night of the wedding & my bridesmaids & I used the top floor to get ready together the morning of. Our coordinator, Alisa, was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. That woman went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. She has worked with many vendors in the area in the past so it made planning the day of timeline much easier for us! Wedding planning can be stressful & expensive, but Alisa managed every stressor & helped to save us money too. We trusted her completely & welcomed any & all of her advice.”

“I can't thank Kimberley enough for the amazing work she did on my wedding day! We had a large group-7 bridesmaids, a flower girl (who was added last minute), my mom, and of course, me—and she handled it all seamlessly. She brought an assistant with her, and both of them arrived early (even though we started at 5:30am) & were very professional, and incredibly patient as we navigated through the morning. Even though I did two trials - one style with my hair down and another high updo, I ended up going with a traditional low bun last minute, and Kimberley nailed it!
