As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the chance to work at many venues, and The Westin Buffalo is truly one of the best. The space itself is modern, elegant, and versatile, which makes it a dream to photograph. What really sets it apart is the team behind the scenes, especially Lauren, the day-of coordinator. Lauren is absolutely wonderful to work with. She has a calm, professional presence and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, not only for the couple but also for the vendors. It is rare to find someone so attentive to every detail while also keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. She makes my job easier, and most importantly, she ensures the couple gets to fully enjoy their day without stress. If you are planning a wedding in Buffalo, The Westin is an incredible choice. My Wife and I had a fall wedding at Rusty Nickel Brewing September 14. Food- 10 out of 10 Location- 10 out of 10 Service- 10 out of 10 Staff- 10 out of 10 Spirits- 10 out of 10 Price- Very Affordable. They are up front about all the costs and very quick with invoices. Lots of places to save or up-sell your event. Our original location fell through. The whole crew at Rusty Nickel Brewing were top shelf from the planning stage, through our entire event. We wanted a simple ceremony that turned into a party to watch the Bills game. At no time did we feel overwhelmed or unsure about how the day would play out. We paid extra for them to setup my wife's decorations exactly as she wanted them. Well worth it. I cannot wait to come in the next time and every September 14th to celebrate and reminisce with my Wife! Thanks Rusty Nickel Brewing Crew!
