Saxon Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was very easy; they were always quick to respond to emails and phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude. The venue itself is so pretty, with beautiful gardens and architecture that made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos. It was definitely worth the money to host our reception there. The staff at Saxon Manor went above and beyond for us on our special day - they were attentive to every detail, from the setup and decor to making sure my husband and I were well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Saxon Manor to any couple planning their wedding! Even the food was a huge hit.

Our nine acre property provides perfect backdrops for your most special moments! Five acres of active grapevines surround our Farmhouse, which was built all the way back in 1900 and still features some of the original flooring and as well as the wood staircase. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. The Osprey View was a beautiful venue and the perfect setting for our wedding in October of 2025. We signed for three days which allowed for ease of use and access for a rehearsal the day prior, being ready on site the morning of, and not having to go anywhere else the night after. We used the house for our bridesmaids to stay the night before and it was clean and well kept. The groomsmen stayed in the lake house and were able to spend the night there before the wedding with no complaints. Having all our main wedding party on site allowed for peace of mind on our wedding day. For the day, everything went perfectly smooth. I was a little worried with it being all outdoor, but the weather was kind to us that day and the lake right there provided a cool breeze all day. We used the vineyard as our ceremony site which I would recommend as it was large, quiet, and had a great view. The reception was on the deck in front of the house which was bigger than it seemed and we had no issues fitting our 70 guests. Overall, us and all our guests had an amazing time and guests are still telling me how beautiful of a wedding it was.

My husband and I got married in November 2024, and we were honored to be the first official wedding at this incredible venue. I can't recommend it enough! It’s the perfect one-stop shop for everything you need, from photography and makeup to decor, linens, coordination, and the convenience of hosting both your ceremony and reception in one place. Dana was absolutely amazing. Even though I know a lot about weddings, once it’s your own, it’s like all that knowledge flies out the window! Dana was there every step of the way, reassuring me that she had everything under control. She made sure all of our vendors were in sync and knew exactly where they needed to be. Thanks to her, the day went as smoothly as any wedding possibly could. I received nothing but positive reviews from our guests! The only small challenge we faced was that the getting-ready suites are on the smaller side, so we opted to get ready at a nearby Airbnb. But with a large wedding party and a fully booked venue, everything still went perfectly. The bridal suite is beautifully decorated and truly feels like every bride’s dream. If I had fewer bridesmaids, I would have definitely gotten ready there! I love barn weddings, but I didn’t want the ceremony to feel too country, and this venue was just perfect. The ceremony area is simple in the best way, and the reception space is a charming, modern barn. The venue and staff exceeded all our expectations, making the day stress-free and allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. I couldn't recommend this place more!

One of the best features was the rooftop pool that was open both day and night and was a huge hit with our out-of-town guests. I had a great experience at the wedding retreat. The decoration followed exactly what I wanted, the food was delicious, the day of coordinator was extremely helpful and calming to all the wedding stress and the photographer was beyond kind, supportive and talented. The DJ followed exactly what we wanted, stayed specific to the times i wanted to walk in to my entrance song and played each song accurately with each detail we requested for. He introduced and flowed songs naturally and the sound quality was consistent and even. Communication was effective among all the teams on the venue and there were enough staff for each need. They plated our own dishes as requested, followed my food allergies mindfully and even packed us extra food to eat after the wedding. Bathrooms were clean, and provided ample space for a large group while private for the bridal and groom parties in the cottages. The all inclusive package removed so much stress and anxiety that I was dealing with prior to finding this venue. The only thing I would recommend is revising the colors of bouquets the day prior, my bridesmaids accidentally ended up with the same color as my bouquet but I wanted them to have a different shade. In the scheme of things, this is a small inconvenience in comparison to real wedding challenges. Everything went seamless and it was the perfect venue for us. They even went as far as adding some of my excess bouquet's fresh flowers to our sweetheart table last minute, it was really kind of them. I am really happy we got married here, I would not have wanted it any other way. The last and important question, is the venue affordable? In comparison to everywhere else we looked, this venue offered everything we needed at a reasonable price. Considering all the packages and decor included and staff available, it was fair to what we received.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Southern Streams Ranch! Not only did they make our day one of the most special and amazing days of our lives, but they also made it so easy and effortless! My one requirement for my wedding venue was that it was completely all inclusive and not only did Southern Streams Ranch deliver, but they went above and beyond. We could not have asked for a more perfect day! Kristin, Katie and the whole team there was absolutely fantastic. They created surprises along the way and made sure our glasses were filled and plates were full. It was hands down the most beautiful venue we saw and we immediately knew it was the one. The renovations Kristin has done to the place are perfect. You can tell she knows what a wedding needs and has everything you need for your special day. Oh and they have ponies!!!! We asked for one to be brought out during our cocktail hour and we met Carousel who was the sweetest and loved wine! Our friends and family still talk about how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants the perfect wedding!

We highly recommend The Birchwood! Our reception had 123 guests and the ballroom was the perfect size for that guest count -- it felt intimate but not crowded. Everything was so organized down the tiniest details, which resulted in a well run and amazing party. From the beautiful built in bar to the balcony to the top tier food to the gorgeous view on the rooftop for cocktail hour, the night flew by because of how much fun we had. We got great feedback from our guests on the venue too! It is also a gorgeous space that can accommodate many different decor styles but that doesn't need a lot of "extra" decor to look beautiful, which was helpful to me as someone who would be intimidated by a full DIY space but appreciated the flexibility to pick a theme that suited us. It's a venue that photographs very well! Finally and most importantly, the staff are so helpful and professional. We worked with Marlice and Claire for most of our planning process and they were both so organized, responsive and kind. For example, on our final walkthrough, Marlice stayed for extra time to watch us practice our first dance on the dance floor -- she definitely did not need to do that and it was so appreciated. And she was always available to answer any question big or small. Thank you to The Birchwood for making our day feel so special and fun!

The Poynter Institute was absolutely perfect for our wedding day! So much is included for such a fantastic price! The space is so incredibly beautiful, we did not feel the need to do much in the way of decor. Additionally, its location in downtown St Pete and proximity to hotels, restaurants, bars, and more, was absolutely perfect for our guests, since the majority were from out of town. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive! It was great to support a local nonprofit organization that also does a lot for our local community. I cannot recommend The Poynter Institute enough!

Allison and Ingrid did a fantastic job with our wedding at the Current in February 2026. They were responsive, communicative, and answered all our questions. The entire staff day of had everything set up exactly the way we had discussed and were friendly and polite to us and our guests. The hotel and staff can accommodate several wedding sizes, and everyone from the check in staff, to the service staff, bartenders, and event staff treated us so well, we felt so amazing our entire wedding weekend. The hotel is beautiful and has multiple locations for your ceremony and cocktail hour. Everything is close, cozy, and classy! The private beach is stunning and it really feels like you are the only guests at the hotel. Their brand new dock, accessed through the mangroves, transports you all the way to the Keys while retaining the Current's excellent service. The food was clearly a priority of the staff and we had a private tasting with the chef before our wedding to determine our menu. There are lots of menu options to choose from to fit your budget and taste. After our wedding we were given a complimentary night in the honeymoon suite which was GORGEOUS! We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning our next staycation there. Thank you to everyone for making our day truly special.
