“We had the absolute best experience with SpaceCat! From the planning stages to ease of payments (and willingness to split up payments), to the party itself. We love this band and can't wait to hear them again! The band worked with us to learn songs that were special to us and it made our night so unique. They were able to set up before the party started and we used their speaker services during cocktail hour/dinner. The band is huge - so many talented artists and musicians and incredible range of vocals. People have not stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She also coordinated with vendors, kept everyone in the loop, and managed behind-the-scenes logistics like a total pro. I’m sure there were many things she quietly handled that I’ll never even know about, and that’s exactly what makes a great day-of coordinator so invaluable. On top of all that, she took care of the entire clean-up, which was such a relief at the end of the night. One of the most thoughtful surprises was that she captured so many amazing behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day, she even created videos and shared a whole album of beautiful photos with us.
